We are part of the labor federation FAU, the &#8222;Freie Arbeiter:innen Union (Free Workers&#8216; Union), and together we form the initiative &#8222;Gr\u00fcne Gewerke&#8220; (Green Trades) to advocate for improvements in our working and living conditions in the fields of agriculture, horticulture, landscaping, forestry, and environmental professions. In our companies, we fight for workplace safety and health protection, aim to support each other, and unite to advocate for the concerns, demands, and struggles of each individual.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, we are working towards transitioning from an initiative to a stable branch section within the FAU federation.
