If it has only been communicated orally or without signature, keep offering your labor power or keep working!<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"en-US\">The notice period has to match your employment contract. In most cases, you can keep working for at least another four weeks before the termination of employment takes effect<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"en-US\">Do not sign a dissolution agreement that would terminate your employment without contacting the FAU or another helpline in advance!
